Tips & tricks

If you are involved in mobility professionally, it is important to be able to demonstrate that the efforts and costs incurred are justified. The MaxSumo toolkit helps you plan, monitor and evaluate projects.

Multi-level evaluation

MaxSumo offers standardised guidance at all steps of your project. It is a logical, simple and flexible tool for setting up, adjusting and evaluating projects. Moreover, the tool works with different assessment levels. Among other things, MaxSumo helps answer questions such as:

  • Is my communication reaching the right target group?
  • Are my actions having an effect on sustainable travel behaviour?
  • Does the behavioural change persist as many months after the actions have ended?

Focus on behavioural change

MaxSumo differs from other evaluation tools because it is specifically designed for projects working around voluntary behaviour change. MaxSumo therefore takes into account the long-term process of behavioural change. The process of behavioural change is conveniently divided into smaller steps that can be monitored and evaluated. This allows you to correct possible deviations at an early stage.
