The 2019 Municipal Road Decree gives municipalities many new powers and tools to manage and develop the local network of municipal roads and slow roads. During this study day, Slow Roads, VVSG and Politeia will zoom in on the tools that officials and local policymakers can use to optimally perform their task as road managers.
