Why Mobile 21 finds collaboration so super
Colleague Els, general manager at Mobiel 21, joins the table for the Socius podcast 'All Politics' to talk about successful collaborations as a lever for change.
Citizens, policymakers and civil society shape our society every day. Everyone in his or her own way. Small-scale, large-scale. Individually or in groups. Out of desire or outrage. In short, we are all politics.
In the election year 2024, Socius' podcast series 'All Politics' puts the spotlight on many makers and doers who also shape society outside the voting booth. In this way, the support centre for socio-cultural work wants to underline that you do not have to be a politician or policy maker to bring about change.
In episode 4 of the podcast series, Chris François of opgewekTienen, Filip De Rynck of Ghent University and Els Van den Broeck of Mobiel 21 talk about successful collaborations, and why they are sometimes less romantic than they sound.
A good collaboration is about people you realise things with and say, we'll do that again because together we can really change things.
