Participation Processes

Participation is not just something a growing amount of citizens and associations are pleading for. In Article 199 of the Town Decree, participation is now legally guaranteed.

"The town council should take initiatives to ensure the citizens' or target groups' participation and involvement in preparing, implementing and evaluating new policy measures and local services." (Article 199 - Town Decree)
